So, I heard this talk about some kinda new rules going into effect recently when it comes to crossing the border. It seems it's now required to show a passport even when travelling between the US & Canada or Mexico. Now, I've never had a passport in my life. Never needed one. Truth be told, even . . . ()

I promised pictures from my not-so-long-ago trip to Colorado. Normally, when I go on a trip, I bring along my handy-dandy digital camera. I like my digital camera. It does a very good job at taking pictures. And like all digital cameras, it does not require taking any film in for development. T . . . ()

Okay, so I'm actually back and awake now. The trip was fun, despite it's problems. My uncle, two cousins and a couple friends and I trekked off half-way accross the country to Colorado in order to admire some of the local wildlife. And, more importantly, to take some of it home with us. We take . . . ()

I'm going to be taking off for a couple weeks. Going on a little trip to Colorado (ssshhh, don't tell Zubegirl--she might call the governor and have the borders closed). As such, I'll be completely cut off from the Internet. Hopefully, I'll have a few good pics to post upon my return. Since I . . . ()

Yep, I'm official back and awake.  Good night's sleep, nice warm shower, and I'm raring to go (well, as much as usual anyhow).  And now for an attempt at a synopsis of my journey. But first, a few quick notes:  Amie, I am terribly sorry for spelling your name incorrectly--but that's . . . ()

Okay, so I'm back.  And have now typed out a lengthy update & tried to post twice.  But am so tired, I flubbed it up both times and lost it all (amazing how a 7 hour car drive, after a 4 hour boat drive, seperated by a 2 hour scramble of packing & cleaning, at the end of a week ave . . . ()

I'm going to be taking a little hiatus from the blogsphere for a while.  Actually, from the whole Internet.  Not because I need a break from blogging.  Or from the Internet, for that matter.  But I do need a break from the rest of the world .  So, I'm going to head up to Por . . . ()

I've rented cars several times in the past.  Some for business trips, others for vacations.  I've used a variety of rental companies, but more often than not I settled on Hertz.  Probably won't be using them again.  At least, not for along while.  The car I rented for last m . . . ()
